SONIC TEMPLE DESKTOP THEME from http://www.the-cult.com

for Windows 95/98 Plus! or other comparable theme management program

Unzip SONIC.ZIP to your Themes directory, usually located here: 
C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\  

It should make a folder called Sonic and install the theme parts.

Launch Themes and scroll to SonicTemple and you're set!

NOTE There are no animated cursors, Windows startup/shutdown screens 
or screensaver as those tend to mess with system stability.
